As you can see from the photo below, this property had some significant damage to the roof and needed a complete replacement as this was leaving the door open for water leaks and further damage.

Our first step in the process was to conduct a tar and gravel tear off.

After doing this, next we needed to repair the roof deck since it was rotted!

The third step was to do an insulation replacement due to the fact that the insulation was extremely old and worn out.

Next we installed a densdeck sub roof deck

And the final steps were to replace the vent and plumbing flanges and finish it off with a 2 ply torch down roof system!
